Citrus Infused Water

We all know that our bodies contain a large proportion of water making it essential to keep hydrated. Ensuring we drink the amount of water we need daily can be tough so here at Move, we love drinking fruit infused water to help us hit our target! At the last Cooking Workshop we chose citrus based waters but there are a whole host of combinations of fruits you could use to infuse your water. Try it out, create your own and share your efforts with us using #MOVErecipes.


Lime & Orange Infused Water

  • 1 large jar of water
  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Limes

Lemon Infused Water with Cucumber and Mint

  • 1 large jar of water
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 10 chopped mint leaves


  • Slice/Chop all of the ingredients. Ideally chop the citrus fruit into slices to release the juice.
  • Put your newly infused water into the fridge, the longer you leave it the more flavour will be added to the water.
  • Drink the water and refill, you can get more than one jar of water from the same fruit.
