Peanut Butter Smoothie

This sweet smoothie is perfect as an afternoon snack, dessert or even a quick on-the-go breakfast. It’s super easy to make: simply combine all the ingredients in a mixer, blitz, and pour to serve. Our recipes uses semi-skimmed milk and peanut butter, but the recipe can be easily adapted to suit your requirements. Swap out the semi-skimmed milk for almond milk, or the peanut butter for almond butter. Try this recipe for yourself, take a picture and add #MOVErecipes.

Ingredients:

  • 300ml Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
  • 4 teaspoons of Honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Banana

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Serves 3.
