This sweet smoothie is perfect as an afternoon snack, dessert or even a quick on-the-go breakfast. It’s super easy to make: simply combine all the ingredients in a mixer, blitz, and pour to serve. Our recipes uses semi-skimmed milk and peanut butter, but the recipe can be easily adapted to suit your requirements. - 300ml Milk
- 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- 4 teaspoons of Honey
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Banana
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
- Serves 3.
